Drive the campus ambassador program at UNC Charlotte, representing Spectrum and promoting events.

  • Own campus engagement from events to ambassador outreach on campus.

  • Strong collaboration with campus services and social platforms like Instagram/LinkedIn to promote events.

Responsibilities

  • Join our team as a Student Campus Ambassador and play a vital role in promoting Spectrum’s brand on campus. You'll be the face of Spectrum, engaging with students, faculty, and alumni to share opportunities at our company.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events. Coordinate tabling and lobby days by collaborating with campus career services.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Use social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote events with approved content. Collaborate on content creation for marketing approval.
  • Engagement: Lead and participate in campus events, ensuring a strong Spectrum presence. Engage with potential ambassadors, employees, and student organizations.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect and report event feedback to improve Spectrum’s campus strategies. Provide insights on campus trends and student interests.

Requirements

  • Must be rising senior currently enrolled University of North Carolina - Charlotte and completing a bachelor’s degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

  • Demonstrated desire to provide high level of customer service to candidates and internal clients
  • Proven ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience supporting early talent programs
