Responsibilities

• Welcome event attendees and visitors with a friendly, energetic attitude, creating a positive first impression
• Distribute promotional materials, samples, or branded merchandise to engage audiences effectively
• Guide crowds through event spaces, providing directions and answering questions to enhance their experience
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of outdoor event equipment and signage
• Maintain high visibility in outdoor areas to promote safety and ensure smooth flow of foot traffic
• Support event staff by coordinating activities, managing crowd control, and facilitating participant engagement
• Collect feedback or participation data when applicable to help improve future events

• Excellent communication skills with a lively, approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and move actively for extended periods in outdoor environments
• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with diverse groups of people
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately in fast-paced settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain enthusiasm throughout the event duration

Preferred

• Prior experience in event promotion, brand ambassador roles, or customer service is a plus but not required
