Job Summary

Own cross-functional execution and governance of key marketing initiatives, turning data into clear plans and executive-ready updates.

  • Executive enablement: Design and ghostwrite high-stakes communications, agendas, and leadership materials.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Resolve roadblocks with regions, Finance, and Product to streamline channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage key initiatives in support of core marketing strategies, driving execution while maintaining a centralized "control tower" view of leadership priorities.
  • Develop and manage the executive operational cadence, including preparing agendas, documenting action items, and tracking accountability for leadership business reviews.
  • Partner across the Strategy and Operations team to ghostwrite, design, and synthesize high-stakes executive communications, All-Hands decks, and leadership presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Regional Marketing, Finance, Product) to resolve operational roadblocks and streamline communication channels.
  • Drive execution of annual and quarterly planning processes, translating complex business data into clear narratives and concrete program deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred

  • 2 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and tracking project plans and crafting executive-ready presentation materials.
  • Experience in a hybrid role balancing quantitative business operations with executive enablement or strategic communications.
  • Ability to translate data and complex business insights into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling visual stories.
  • Excellent discretion and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and manage priorities in a high-exposure environment.
