Drive data-informed social strategy and consumer insights for campaigns that shape client outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to use data in meaningful ways to help drive decision-making and achieve client marketing objectives.
  • Translate analysis into insight-driven, actionable narratives factoring in understanding of stakeholders and implications of past performance.
  • Shadow meetings to understand the role of creative measurement in the lifecycle of a campaign.
  • Contribute to team thought-leadership by helping create playbooks, trend decks, and how-to’s for internal teams.
  • Ad-hoc tasks such as, but not limited to internal competitive share-outs, dashboard data inputs, etc.
  • Aid in developing strategic plans focused on driving client objectives, both long-term and short-term goals.
  • Opportunity to support strategists in conducting consumer research, competitive and trend analysis, and narrative frameworks – ultimately driving impact for all clients you work with.
  • Help develop department POV’s impacting the work, both current and future.
  • Do research to understand the client category and client competitors in depth, including their approach and long-term strategic goals.
  • Conduct social listening to understand consumer sentiment on the brand and changing customer social behavior (viral trends) within platforms.

  • Are interested in strategy with exposure to one or more of the following: sponsorship-driven sports campaigns, integrations with talent and influencers, holistic digital marketing strategies
  • Are a thought-leader in developing trends of traditional and digital technology
  • Are familiar with all social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), knowing how they work and the best use cases for each
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills; presentation experience to senior executives, as well as being a thought leader in digital marketing (white papers, industry trade articles, etc.)
  • Comfort with AI tools for professional purposes
  • Experience with analytical tools like GWI, MRI/Simmons, social listening, etc.
