Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support & Insight Development - Support the collection and synthesis of secondary research, competitive intelligence, and market trends; Assist in identifying patterns, observations, and early insights from research and data; Contribute to baseline strategic deliverables such as competitive reports, trend analyses, research summaries, tactical briefs, and messaging drafts; Learn and apply core strategic tools and frameworks with guidance from senior team members; Help translate inputs into clear takeaways that inform brand and communication strategy.
  • Workstream Contribution - Support defined workstreams or projects under the guidance of senior strategists; Execute assigned tasks reliably, managing time and expectations effectively; Flag questions, risks, or areas of confusion early, seeking guidance as needed; Build confidence navigating ambiguity by asking smart questions and proposing initial points of view.
  • Deck Creation & Communication - Draft early slides and sections of decks, focused on clarity, structure, and accuracy; Help organize content into logical narratives with support and feedback; Present sections of work internally and, at times, to clients with preparation and guidance.
  • Client & Internal Collaboration - Collaborate closely with account, creative, medical, analytics, and digital teams to support strategic alignment; Build trust with internal partners through clear communication, follow‑through, and thoughtful contributions; Participate actively in internal meetings, offering observations, questions, and emerging perspectives.
  • Pitch & Workshop Support - Contribute to new business pitches by supporting research, insight development, and deck creation; Assist in workshop preparation and synthesis; may support breakout groups or activities with guidance.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, planning, insights, consulting, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exposure to research, analysis, and strategic deliverables (through agency, consulting, or in‑house roles).
  • Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Comfort learning and applying strategic tools with guidance.

Preferred

  • Healthcare/pharma experience is a plus but not required depending on team needs.
