Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the division's long-term strategic planning process and coordinate annual strategy reviews, including enterprise risk assessment and performance measurement
  • Drive core monthly operating rhythms — including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) — and develop the division's key performance metrics and progress tracking
  • Conduct market, competitive, and technology assessments across key segments and geographies to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Partner with Product Line Management, Sales, and Product Engineering to define go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and commercialization plans for new and existing products
  • Evaluate portfolio adjacencies and new product feasibility; provide leadership with market-informed recommendations on product development, pricing, and investment decisions
  • Lead end-to-end strategic projects from scoping through executive-level recommendations — covering market entry, technology viability, competitor positioning, and adjacency and acquisition assessments
  • Builds collaborative partnerships across product, sales, and engineering functions to drive shared outcomes
  • Manages multiple concurrent strategic workstreams with competing priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Presents complex analyses and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or business discipline with emphasis on quantitative analysis and modeling
  • 4+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, analytics, marketing operations, supply chain or business development and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated exposure to markets and value chains through to the end customer
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization across functions, time zones, and cultures

Preferred

  • MBA or master's degree in data analytics
  • Experience in automotive supply chain and/or industrial or advanced manufacturing
  • Project management experience
