Job Summary

Lead the GTM, sales enablement, and rollout of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings’ Automation and Mechanical Services.

  • Own go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials for new and enhanced offerings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive internal and external demand for key offerings and strategic initiatives
  • Internal understanding and willingness to embrace rapidly emerging business segments
  • External interest and willingness to buy specific offerings and best practices from Siemens.
  • Create sales enablement plans and implement actionable steps to boost engagement with Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings' Automation and Mechanical Services.
  • Work closely with US segment leadership and Global portfolio teams throughout the offering development process
  • Establish detailed go-to-market strategies to support the short and long-term direction of these important areas of our business
  • Produce and maintain sales enablement materials such as sales playbooks, battlecards, sales pitches, specification and proposal language
  • Develop and implement comprehensive roll-out strategies for new or enhanced offerings across both direct and indirect channels.

Requirements

  • Required education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years direct industry experience with strong understanding of mechanical equipment, building automation technology and services, and the smart building industry
  • 5+ years of experience relevant experience in the field of product / software marketing and setting go-to-market strategy for executive leadership or C-suite stakeholders
  • Required amount of travel with the position: 10%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the field of product / software marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • MBA preferred
