Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish content for social media, the NCTA website, and blog
  • Contribute to the social media content calendar
  • Assist with media monitoring and track broadband-related coverage across various states
  • Support development of newsletters and grassroots alerts
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare analytics summaries
  • Work with graphic designers to develop static and interactive content
  • Support coordination of events and communications campaigns
  • Explore AI tools that can enhance communications workflows

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills with close attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation
  • Curiosity about the cable, broadband, and technology industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week
