Job Description

Responsibilities

  • A Strategic Architect: You possess the vision to design and execute a regional roadmap, moving beyond tactical tasks to drive high-level brand awareness and destination tourism growth.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: You have a proven track record in high-level client and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor who can navigate complex business requirements with ease; Host and organise monthly review meetings with stakeholder once per month.
  • An Expert Mentor & Director: You will provide direct oversight and project management for two Account Executives , translating complex briefs into clear guidance while mentoring them to reach their full potential.
  • Operational & Project Oversight: You have a sharp eye for detail, taking responsibility for execution oversight, performance optimization, and the final approval of all client-facing reports to ensure "Gold Standard" delivery.
  • Strategic Navigation: You possess the professional maturity to pivot strategies under pressure and the decisiveness to escalate critical blockers to the CEO, ensuring the agency-client relationship remains resilient and productive

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising.
  • Previous experience within an Advertising Agency is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional bilingual copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (professional business-level proficiency required for both).
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan culture is preferred.
  • Must be able to visit our Downtown Seattle office on a regular basis and able to support a Hybrid work model, with full availability for major project delivery; timings TBC.
