Job Summary

Own the end-to-end video program from concept through deployment, coordinating script development, production, and cross-channel promotion for SRJC’s CTE series with a bilingual emphasis on reaching Spanish-speaking prospects.

  • Project ownership: plan timelines, budgets, deliverables, and analytic tracking for a multi-part video series.
  • Content & production: script writing, location coordination, vendor management, and review workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline, budget, and deliverables for a multi-part video series from concept through final production.
  • Develop and write scripts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, coordinate location/shoot scheduling, and manage the editing and review process.
  • Coordinate with videographers, editors, and other vendors to ensure content accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
  • Coordinate the deployment of completed CTE program videos across the college website, social media channels, and other digital platforms in alignment with SRJC's communications strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications to develop promotional strategies for the videos that increase enrollment in CTE programs, with particular attention to reaching Spanish-speaking prospective students.
  • Ensure digital advertising and social media efforts are integrated with the broader District communications campaign; recommend and implement media placements and oversee collateral production.
  • Write and distribute press releases, promotional copy, and other marketing materials related to the video series; upload content to the website and distribute to appropriate media contacts.
  • Coordinate with program faculty, staff, and the video production team to gather program and industry specific information to ensure accurate, authentic representation of each program and career outlook.
  • Prepare analytical reports pertaining to campaign effectiveness; assist with monitoring project and campaign budgets.
  • Maintain project systems and schedules; track deliverables; and support overall project coordination needs.
