Own enterprise growth strategy and long-range planning across Medicaid, managed care, and government programs.

• Define and execute the company’s enterprise growth strategy across new markets, payer relationships, state opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify and prioritize market expansion opportunities across Medicaid, managed care, and government-funded healthcare programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive long-range growth planning, competitive positioning, and revenue expansion initiatives.
• Build scalable growth infrastructure to support multi-state expansion.
• Lead and scale the sales organization with direct responsibility for revenue growth and pipeline development.
• Establish strong sales processes, forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and performance accountability.
• Oversee sales strategy across MCO partnerships, state opportunities, healthcare organizations, and strategic channel relationships.
• Drive expansion opportunities within existing strategic relationships and payer networks.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with national and regional MCOs, payer organizations, and healthcare partners.
• Position the organization as a preferred strategic partner within Medicaid and long-term services and supports ecosystems.
