Job Summary

Own the digital marketing engine with P&L responsibility for a multi-unit D2C spend, shaping growth across SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate traffic, and lead monetization while driving data-driven decisions and operational efficiency through AI tooling.

  • Manage and optimize $75M annual digital marketing spend across multiple units, maximizing ROAS and LTV-CAC.
  • Build and evolve SEM and SEO programs, including AI-driven search and Answer Engine Optimization, and scale paid social and affiliate acquisition.
  • Lead a high-performing team, instill data integrity and pilot AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and business outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- This position has supervisory responsibilities.\n- Full accountability for the efficiency of a $75M annual digital marketing spend across multiple business units.\n- Possess a “General Manager” mindset, treating every dollar as an investment toward furthering the business objectives of divisional leaders as measured by financial return on ad spend and LTV-CAC.\n- Continue to build and evolve Search Engine Marketing efforts, including adapting to the influence of AI on search engine results.\n- Grow the SEO channel and help navigate the evolution of SEO to Answer Engine Optimization.\n- Scale acquisition efforts across Paid Social channels including Meta and emerging platforms.\n- Grow revenue through Affiliate Click Traffic partnerships.\n- Partner with business units to define and execute lead monetization strategies.\n- Ensure the integrity of web analytics and support data-driven decision making.\n- Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools and workflows that drive meaningful operational efficiency.\n- Lead a highly motivated and talented group of digital marketers while supporting their execution and professional growth.
