Job Summary

Own end-to-end corporate partnership strategy for nonprofits, shaping high-value alliances, executive briefs, and activation across marketing, events, and CSR to drive measurable partner value.

  • Partner strategy and stewardship: lead engagements with senior client leaders and secure mid-six figure and above sponsorships.
  • Executive storytelling: craft board-ready proposals and executive presentations for corporate and donor audiences.
  • Activation and cross-functional delivery: coordinate activations across marketing, communications, digital, events, and media channels to deliver outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead advisor to nonprofit clients on corporate partnership strategy, stewardship, and activation.
  • Create strategies to secure new partnerships, strengthen partner engagement, and drive long-term value.
  • Develop brand-specific partnerships strategies, messaging, and activation plans to support client corporate development efforts.
  • Create compelling partnership concepts and sponsorship opportunities that deliver on client's desired outcomes.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and partnership proposals for corporate and board-level audiences.
  • Support negotiation strategy and partnership structuring discussions ass needed throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnership programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional client teams to execute partnership activations across marketing, communications, digital, events, and media channels.
  • Monitor corporate partnership trends, sponsorship best practices, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement programs to provide ongoing strategic counsel to senior client leaders.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and provide ongoing strategic counsel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate partnership marketing, cause marketing, or corporate social impact.
  • Demonstrated success in stewarding major corporate partnerships valued at mid-six figures or greater.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or purpose-driven brands is required.
  • Exceptional executive presentation development experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree requires
  • Demonstrated success securing corporate partnerships, sponsorships or cause marketing agreements, valued individually at $250,000+ annually.
  • A bachelor’s degree with a deep understanding of nonprofit corporate partnership programs, sponsorship activation, cause marketing, and partnership stewardship.
  • Exceptional presentation development and executive communication skills, including creation of board-level, C-suite, and corporate partner-facing materials.
  • Ability to participate confidently in corporate partnership pitches, executive meetings, and high-level client presentations.
  • Strong understanding of how nonprofit organizations create value for corporate partners through mission alignment, brand visibility, employee engagement, customer engagement, and social impact initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze partnership performance data and translate findings into actionable
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive presentation development.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to timelines, budgets, and performance metrics tied to both brand and campaign outcomes.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems; able to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
