Responsibilities

• Create high-quality beauty content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
• Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and paid advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers, proactively source and reach out to potential partners, and assist in managing affiliate programs.
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with trends in beauty, social media, and content marketing

Requirements

• A bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (Agency or In-house experience is a plus).
• Ability to work onsite ( M- F) to facilitate real-time collaboration and team engagement
• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong video editing skills and ability to produce short-form content
• Experience with beauty content creation is highly preferred
• Knowledge or experience in influencer/affiliate marketing programs
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities
• Cultural Passion: A deep, genuine passion for Asian culture and products, "in the know" regarding trending brands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Ability to map content ideas back to business KPIs
• Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
