Job Summary

Own the regional marketing narrative by translating global category stories into locally resonant campaigns, events, and partnerships that connect with athletes and fans, coordinating across Retail, Digital, and Sports marketing to drive category growth.

  • Local storytelling and multi-channel activation across events, partnerships, and retail touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional GTM execution with FP insights, agencies, and creators to deliver locally relevant campaigns.
  • Monitor trends and competition to keep category narratives fresh and impactful.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated marketing plans for key categories, Run / Train / Basketball in accordance with consumer-centric approach under global strategy and guidance
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and actions of key category stories across multiple consumer touch points, briefing and working with internal/external team to bring concepts and big ideas to life
  • Fully digest global strategies throughout GTM (go-to-market) process to deliver UA’s key innovations and category stories to local focused performers(FP)
  • Understand local FPs insights on key categories and apply on planning & execution with a creative & locally relevant approach
  • Develop/localize consumer facing messages of key products aligning with merchandising team
  • Plan and execute branded events and experiential activations to closely engage with local FPs
  • Drive partnership or collaboration with different brands, media, influencers & creators to create brand hype around key categories/stories
  • Drive integration within marketing team by closing working with Retail, Digital & Sports MKTG functions
  • Cross alignment and collaboration with other business units including Retail, Merch & E-commerce
  • Keen on new marketing trends and monitor competition in sports / consumer industries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members across all departments
  • Constant curiosity to find new ways with a creative approach
  • Responsibility and accountability with strong multi-tasking skills
  • High level of both verbal and written English communication is preferred

Preferred

  • Understanding of team sports and experience in sport related community preferred
