Job Summary

Own and optimize the marketing operations function including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and governance, while leading execution teams and driving performance improvements.

  • Define and maintain workflows, RACI, and execution standards
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns, events, and programs
  • Track performance, build dashboards, and drive optimization and scale

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Operating model, workflow & governance
  • Own intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across shared services
  • Implement workflow processes and RACI alignment with Group/BU teams
  • Ensure consistent execution standards across the division
  • Budget, vendor & procurement management
  • Manage shared services budgets, agencies, and tools
  • Negotiate scopes and ensure ROI discipline
  • Maintain compliance with procurement processes
  • Lead execution teams (Demand Gen / Events / Marcom)
  • Set strategy and objectives for execution functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7 years of experience managing marketing operations in life sciences or related industry at a global enterprise level
  • 3 years of leadership experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
  • Strong background in budget management, vendor relations, and procurement processes
  • Demonstrated success in implementing workflows and governance frameworks
