Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading executive keynote and holistic event content development end-to-end for key external-facing hosted and third party events, plus select internal engagements
  • Shaping clear, cohesive narratives aligned to company strategy and audience needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Events, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Creative, Design and Communications teams, to craft compelling, stage-ready content
  • Serving as a trusted thought partner to senior executives, internal and external speakers
  • Driving content timelines, reviews, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintaining a high bar for clarity, storytelling, and polish across all executive event moments
  • Source, brief, and consult with internal and external speakers to create keynotes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, executive communications, event content, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of high-visibility, executive-facing presentations
  • Proven experience developing and shaping keynote or large-scale event content from concept through live delivery
  • Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong executive presence and confidence partnering with senior leaders, including the ability to guide messaging, optimize and elevate content
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams and delivering under tight timelines
  • A sharp editorial lens paired with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Experience working across marketing, brand, and events teams to ensure cohesion across teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and high stakes
  • Willing to travel to various key events
