Owns and leads growth initiatives for Eagleview’s insurance customers, driving retention, expansion, and adoption through ABM, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, CS, and Product.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Growth Across the Insurance Market
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer retention, product adoption, expansion, and upsell across Eagleview’s insurance portfolio.
  • Create targeted marketing programs that support customers throughout their growth journey—from individual adjusters and field users to enterprise carrier deployments.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Develop account-based growth programs that support enterprise sales motions and deepen relationships with key insurance carriers.
  • Increase adoption of new products, capabilities, and AI-powered solutions across existing customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Partner with Business and Revenue Leaders
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Insurance Business Unit leadership, aligning marketing priorities with revenue objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and Customer Success on account growth strategies, campaign priorities, and customer engagement plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven experience driving customer retention, expansion, upsell, and revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex, consultative buying cycles.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence Sales, executive leadership, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Highly analytical with experience translating customer and business data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while delivering measurable results.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to property and casualty insurers, claims organizations, adjusters, or insurance technology buyers.
  • Experience supporting enterprise account growth and expansion within strategic customers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and modern marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Experience in geospatial technology, property intelligence, PropTech, InsurTech, or related industries.
