Responsibilities

• Design beautiful, high-performing emails for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands
• Use Figma to build out mobile-first, modular designs quickly and cleanly
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and brand-side teams
• Tactically execute; not just art direction
• Create on-brand, high-converting emails that drive revenue
• Maintain layout, typography, hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and modern visual standards
• Maintain a fast-paced, detail-oriented work ethic

Requirements

• Experience designing beautiful, high-performing emails for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands
• Deep experience using Figma; must be able to build out mobile-first, modular designs quickly and cleanly
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and brand-side teams
• Experience working on the brand side is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to tactically execute
• Must be located in the US or working US hours
• Strong portfolio of email design work for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands
• Ability to create on-brand, high-converting emails that drive revenue
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and modern visual standards
• A fast-paced, detail-oriented work ethic

• Experience working on the brand side is preferred.
