  • Operations & Execution: Manage sponsorships, booth strategy, logistics, field enablement, and post event follow up.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, CS, Partnerships, Brand, and Leadership to tie events to pipeline and revenue goals.

Own and optimize Gong's global third‑party events program from strategy to execution, shaping the portfolio for pipeline, brand, and customer engagement; partner cross‑functionally to align with Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, CS, Partnerships, Brand, and leadership, and measure ROI across pipeline, revenue influence, and brand impact.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build the annual third-party events roadmap and align with sales and regional GTM plans.
  • Operations & Execution: Own sponsorship negotiations, booth design, logistics, field enablement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, CS, Partnerships, Brand, and Leadership to tie events to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and adjust the portfolio based on business outcomes.
  • Portfolio Management: Continuously evaluate and sunset or expand programs to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Event Leadership: Lead end-to-end program execution with high standards of operational excellence and brand fidelity.
  • Risk & Problem Solving: Anticipate risks, solve issues proactively, and drive programs forward with minimal oversight.
  • Executive Readiness: Prepare internal and external stakeholders for key events and executive engagements.
  • Content & Enablement: Coordinate content, sponsor activations, and post-event follow-ups to maximize revenue influence.
  • Flagship Programs: Plan and execute Gong’s annual Celebrate conference and proprietary roadshows and dinners within the portfolio.
