Responsibilities

  • Set Global Demand Strategy & Commercial Alignment Define a unified, enterprise-wide demand generation strategy that strengthens market visibility, aligns with commercial and eCommerce priorities, and supports customer acquisition and growth at scale across global business units and regions. Partner with commercial and business leaders to identify and prioritize emerging growth opportunities, helping shape enterprise growth priorities and investment decisions.
  • Lead Digital Channel & Customer Engagement Excellence Establish best-in-class strategies across paid media, search (SEO and SEM), social platforms, digital communities, and emerging channels including AI and LLM-driven visibility, advancing integrated engagement models that enhance discoverability, customer engagement, and generate qualified demand that accelerates enterprise growth.
  • Architect Global Growth Operating Model and Dedicated Shared Services Define, build, and scale the global marketing operating model, including dedicated shared services, regional hubs, and functional capabilities. Establish how work is structured, delivered, and scaled, including ownership of organizational design, investment strategy, and resource allocation, while standardizing automation globally, enabling regional training, and implementing scalable workflows, governance, and location strategies to support enterprise growth.
  • Accelerate AI, Automation and Talent Transformation Lead transformation of marketing shared service capabilities through AI, automation, and digital innovation while building high-impact, future-ready teams. Drive adoption through structured enablement, including training programs, standardized processes, and scalable ways of working that embed new capabilities across the organization.
  • Define Enterprise Measurement and Discoverability Framework Establish the Discoverability-to-Conversion Ecosystem, evolving beyond the traditional funnel to incorporate AI-driven visibility, digital presence, and community influence. Define next-generation KPIs, lead a test-and-learn agenda to validate emerging metrics, and standardize measurement, data governance, and insights, establishing enterprise governance and accountability models to ensure consistent adoption and performance across business units.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in global marketing, demand generation, and/or digital strategy, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record of defining and scaling enterprise-wide demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth, customer acquisition, commercial growth, and revenue impact across multiple regions and business units.
  • Deep expertise in modern digital marketing ecosystems, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social, content, marketing automation, and emerging channels such as AI-driven discovery and LLM-based visibility.
  • Demonstrated success in building and operationalizing global marketing operating models, including shared services, regional hubs, and scalable workflows that enable efficiency and consistency at scale.
  • Strong experience leading marketing transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize capabilities and ways of working.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, measurement frameworks, and performance management, including defining KPIs, attribution models, and governance structures that standardize reporting and insights across the enterprise.
  • Experience partnering closely with commercial, eCommerce, and sales leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive end-to-end demand performance.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, globally distributed teams, including building future-ready talent and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong executive presence with experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and driving cross-functional alignment at the enterprise level through data-driven recommendations, growth planning, and organizational transformation.
