Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a global, audience-centric program calendar that aligns all growth marketing and experiential activities to quarterly pipeline targets by region and segment.
  • Demand Generation: Architect a full-funnel demand generation engine spanning paid media, content syndication, webinars, executive experiences, gifting and direct mail, account-based marketing, and in-agency activations.
  • Experiential & Events: Lead Perion’s global experiential portfolio—spanning proprietary flagship events, industry trade shows, executive dinners, agency-hosted experiences, and immersive brand moments—with clear pipeline attribution for each program.
  • Paid Media & Digital: Direct paid media strategy across display, social, SEM, and programmatic channels, ensuring campaigns are segmented by audience and integrated within broader program arcs.
  • Content-Led Lead Generation: Partner with pr & comms, product marketing, and thought leadership subject matter experts to develop gated assets, research reports, editorial series, and webinar programs that attract and convert high-value prospects.
  • Account-Based & Field Marketing: Design repeatable, scalable playbooks for in-agency activations, executive gifting, and account-based motions that accelerate deal velocity with target accounts.
  • Narrative & Brand Alignment: Ensure all regional programs carry a consistent Perion narrative that reinforces the company’s positioning as the AI-native advertising platform of choice.
  • AI & Marketing Technology: Evaluate, implement, and operationalize AI-powered tools and agentic workflows across the marketing function—including predictive lead scoring, AI-driven campaign optimization, intent-based audience targeting, and automated reporting—to increase team throughput and program effectiveness.
  • Performance & Attribution: Define and maintain a measurement framework that ties every program to pipeline contribution and lead quality; establish dashboards and reporting cadences for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or experiential and field marketing, with a minimum of 4 years leading global or multi-regional teams.
  • Demonstrated success building program-level marketing strategies directly tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes—not activity metrics alone.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across the full marketing mix: paid media, experiential programs and live events, ABM, content syndication, gifting and direct mail, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and attribution and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to build and operationalize a global program calendar that balances regional nuance with a cohesive corporate narrative.
  • Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
  • Fluency in AI-powered marketing tools and workflows; demonstrated ability to integrate AI into campaign planning, audience targeting, content production, or performance optimization.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with sales, product marketing, brand & communications, and executive leadership.
  • Executive presence with the ability to present strategy, investment cases, and performance results to senior stakeholders.
  • HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude or Gemini in a marketing workflow.

Preferred

  • Experience in advertising technology, martech, SaaS, or digital media industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven intent data platforms and predictive analytics for account prioritization and pipeline forecasting.
  • Experience marketing a multi-solution product portfolio — including platform, services, and technology offerings — to diverse buyer personas across advertising agencies, publishers, retailers and brands
  • Track record of scaling a marketing function from strong regional execution to a globally integrated, programmatic operation.
