Job Summary

Own the analytics and strategy for KCNA Digital Commerce, turning shelf diagnostics into action across omnichannel touchpoints and test programs that move traffic, conversions, and retention.

  • Own organic+paid search footprint with cross-functional alignment to optimize One Search.
  • Turn clickstream and retailer data into concrete recommendations and test-and-learn roadmaps for KCNA digital commerce.
  • Collaborate with field sales to implement strategies and translate learnings into actionable plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct diagnostic analysis of the digital shelf (KCNA, Category, and Competitive) + provide recommendations thru an omnichannel lens that will enable field sales + shopper marketing to react and adjust business plans where needed
  • Drive “One Search” (Organic + Paid) Focus with a specific responsibility to optimize organic/owned search footprint, in collaboration with Digital Commerce Operations CoE
  • Analyze key business metrics/data (e.g., Clickstream, Retailer-Specific Data, Market Data) to inform recommendations driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention
  • Provide insights around algorithmic trends + site taxonomy
  • Collaborate with field sales in implementation of KCNA Digital Commerce Strategies (e.g., Subscription, Marketplace, etc.)
  • Recommend and drive test + learn within the Digital Commerce marketing space
  • Deliver against all KCNA milestones tied to Annual Operating plans, Business Plan Reviews, Customer Engagement Meetings, and Key Customer Meetings
  • Written + Verbal Communication – Excellent communication + presentation skills capable of catering complex messages appropriately for a given audience
  • Analytical + Quantitative – Strong analytical + quantitative skills and the ability to independently generate strategic marketing insights to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and executable plans
  • Retail Media + Digital Commerce Knowledge – Working knowledge of Digital Commerce retail basics, traffic + conversion drivers, paid/organic search, consumer’s path-to-purchase journey, and omnichannel customer models + fulfillment methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or Omnichannel within relevant areas such as CPG, Retail, or Management Consulting
  • Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, e.g., ability to pivot quickly, figuring it out and adapting as you go
  • Strong analytical skills leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead + manage multiple projects – prioritization and planning
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • 25% Travel

Preferred

  • Experience working with Omnichannel retailer(s)
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent attention to detail
