  • Toolset Literate: Must have ability to quickly learn and adopt use of marketing tech stack. Must have experience with AI. Nice to have experience with Gemini, Hubspot, Canva, Google Analytics, SEMRush, LinkedIn, Plausible, Wordpress, YouTube. Graphic design abilities a plus.
  • The "Doer" Mentality: You are just as comfortable researching/ writing a 2,000-word technical deep dive as you are coordinating the shipping of a battery prototype to a trade show in Europe.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills are non-negotiable. You can take a complex engineering brief and turn it into a punchy, professional LinkedIn post in minutes.
