Job Summary

Own the brand and growth engine with P&L responsibility and cross‑functional leadership to deliver product, marketing, and retail growth through data‑driven plans.

  • Growth & Campaigns: translate consumer insights into integrated campaigns, launches, and category expansion that move volume and profit.
  • Cross‑functional & IBP: collaborate with R&D, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Analytics to drive aligned plans and lead a capable marketing team.
  • Measurement & Storytelling: own ROI tracking, performance optimization, and insights that shape retailer and consumer narratives.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Grow brand and business by developing annual plans and long‑term growth strategies to hit volume, revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify opportunities from consumer insights, category trends and competitive intel to guide prioritization.
  • Lead integrated campaigns, advertising programs, promotions and creative platforms to sustain brand growth.
  • Own brand P&L, ensuring profitability and accountability across initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of brand management experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, General Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency with Nielsen and/or IRI syndicated data and market analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, consumer communications, promotions and commercialization processes.
  • Demonstrated success managing brands to volume, revenue and profit targets.
  • Experience launching new products and driving growth through innovation and core initiatives.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, financial and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results independently.
Preferred
  • Strong general management capabilities including strategic planning, portfolio management, project management, market research and P&L ownership.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports for three or more years.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, price-pack architecture, cost management, margins, budgeting, cash flow and capital investment planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational alignment and execute through influence.
