Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Campaign Orchestration: Serve as the primary operational driver for integrated marketing projects. Create and manage project plans, workflows and timeline while ensuring that the marketing intent is preserved at every stage of execution
  • Cross-Program Alignment: Guarantee executional consistency across LA28's diverse portfolio. Proactively identify opportunities, flag potential strategic misalignments, and solve problems before they impact final GTM plans
  • Presentation Development: Provide notes, recaps, and presentations to share updates with key stakeholders
  • External Agency & Partner Management: Lead the operational relationship with external agencies ensuring their work is on time and on brief
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as a key marketing liaison for external stakeholders, including the International Federations, National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, and Professional Leagues
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Act as a strategic thought partner. Review briefs, creative with a critical marketer's eye, offering a strong POV to ensure deliverables align with overarching campaign goals
  • Administrative Support: Be able to manage permitting, contract submission, and additional paperwork

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience blending project management and strategic marketing within a high-volume advertising agency, in-house marketing team, or major entertainment/sports brand
  • Extensive experience launching multi-faceted campaigns that span digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a value-add partner to cross functional teams
  • Proven track record of managing relationships and projects involving high-profile external partners, clients, or governing bodies, from initial briefing through to final delivery
  • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into day-to-day work, from drafting to research to workflow optimization
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
