Job Summary

Own front-line consumer engagement and lead generation, turning daily shopper interactions into brand education, high‑quality service, and sales opportunities through on-site campaigns.

Face-to-face education: Educate shoppers on current promotions during on-site interactions.
Customer service and relations: Deliver excellent service and serve as the point person for consumer relations.
Brand campaigns and leads: Represent the brand through direct marketing and generate sales leads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
Provide excellent customer service
Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
Interact with potential customers to provide quality customer service
Act as a point person for all consumer relations
Generate leads and drive SALES

Requirements

Strong people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
Self-starter
Self-motivated

Preferred

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar fields is a plus (not required)
