Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the execution of growth market campaigns and go-to-market strategies aligned with market share and membership growth targets.
  • Conducts research and provides insights to support growth initiatives, including acquisition marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., sales, analytics, brand, finance) and external partners to implement marketing plans that maximize lead generation and sales.
  • Maintains awareness of market strategy, sales opportunities, and competitor landscape for assigned regions.
  • Supports monthly meetings with market leadership and cross-functional teams to align on media strategy and sales targets.
  • Monitors campaign performance and presents metrics/results to leadership.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines in all marketing materials.
  • Promotes enterprise-wide brand strategy to ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and experience across all products, communications and member touchpoints
  • Assists in producing content and communications aligned with brand positioning for business development and request for proposals (RFPs).
  • Supports online reputation management, including monitoring media, social sentiment, and stakeholder perceptions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in health care/managed care experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Some experience with marketing analytics platforms and strategic planning tools.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management experience/experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs proficiency.

Preferred

  • Understanding of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Medicaid/Medicare programs, health care marketing best practices, and health care compliance standards.
  • Experience with marketing technology and tools (i.e. Hubspot, SalesForce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau).
