Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports the execution of CB Solutions launch materials (internal and external) for all Comcast Business solutions and sales channels. Solutions include but are not limited to National offers and pricing, Cybersecurity solutions, Connectivity solutions and others as defined.
  • Assists in developing programs to support solution selling across Small Business and Enterprise, including virtual rallies, in‑person roadshows, sales kickoffs, internal campaigns and external collateral.
  • Provides dedicated support for Comcast Business Mobile product and promo launches, including coordination, communication development, sales enablement material creation, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Supports the Sr. Manager and Specialist in creating, publishing, and maintaining content for mySource, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability for all sales channels.
  • Supports ongoing tactical execution and content maintenance activities for channel marketing team, including mySource tasks (intake management, updating pages, troubleshooting content gaps, and partnering with owners to keep materials current) and team support.
  • Partners with HQ & Regional Marketing Leads and Sales Readiness teams to ensure timely, relevant, and impactful delivery of communications and tactics across all sales channels.
  • Supports management of communication intakes via JIRA, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables and strong two‑way communication.
  • Supports monitoring and reporting on tool adoption (e.g., mySource) and engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
  • Maintains fresh, creative, and engaging communications.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
