Job Description

Own end-to-end fundraising events by turning concepts into measurable donor impact, partnerships, and post-event learning.

  • Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of all agency fundraising events from concept through post-event evaluation
  • Responsibilities: Develop event timelines, manage logistics, and ensure successful execution of all event-related activities
  • Responsibilities: Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Responsibilities: Secure sponsorships, cultivate donor relationships, and identify new partnership opportunities with businesses, organizations, and community leaders
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with event committees and board liaisons to support fundraising goals and event success
  • Responsibilities: Research, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors and event-related service providers
  • Responsibilities: Manage event technology platforms, including online bidding and fundraising systems
  • Responsibilities: Prepare event reports, sponsorship tracking, ROI analysis, and post-event evaluations with recommendations for future growth
  • Responsibilities: Create event themes, promotional messaging, and marketing materials in collaboration with the Director of Development
  • Responsibilities: Design and coordinate event-related social media campaigns, email marketing, signage, printed materials, and digital content
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license required
  • Requirements: 3-5 years of nonprofit event planning, fundraising, or related experience preferred
  • Requirements: At least 1 year of marketing and/or communications experience, including social media management
  • Requirements: Experience working with donor CRM/database systems
  • Requirements: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar graphic design platforms
  • Requirements: Strong project management, organizational, and workflow management skills
  • Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Requirements: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Requirements: Passion for nonprofit work and community impact
  • Nice_to_have: Experience with donor CRM/database systems (CRM)
  • Nice_to_have: 1 year of marketing and/or communications experience, including social media management
