Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track status of account activities and take a lead role in proactively sharing updates with clients
  • Be an active participant in client meetings
  • Assist in ongoing tracking of content being routed and shared
  • Work with the community management team on best practices and identifying proactive responses
  • Identify trends and proactive moments for the brand to participate in through community management or content
  • Educate clients on the latest happenings in social media

Requirements

  • BA or BS in communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of related communications experience
  • An understanding of how to post on social media
  • The ability to learn and utilize a suite of social media publishing tools
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; applicant must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and interdependently across a diverse organization, but can also take direction
  • Interest in growing knowledge of the Automotive industry, its new challenges and developments and how that resonates with Consumers
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes
  • Willingness to learn the automotive industry; and specific audiences within including luxury, truck, and EV audiences
  • Ability to think critically about account work, ask questions as needed and effectively solve problems
  • Exceptional judgment when working with team members, client contacts and partners

Preferred

  • Experience with paid social a plus
  • A willingness to learn, utilize, and educate with AI
