Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Art Director, Social to push concepts from ideas to execution and execute creative concepts for video and photography for social content
  • Own day-to-day planning and execution of all productions within the social team, ensuring alignment with creative direction, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead pre-production coordination, including crew and talent booking, call sheets, shoot logistics, and location planning
  • Build cross-functional relationships to foster a collaborative environment
  • Uphold creative excellence on all projects, big or small
  • Partner with creative operations to ensure execution against creative briefs, the creative review process, and deadlines
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while introducing fresh ideas
  • Contribute to the still and motion creation process from strategy to post production
  • Participate in photo & video shoots and take on directing responsibilities as needed to ensure visual style and brand consistency across social platforms
  • Provide creative feedback to ensure final products align with brand aesthetics and messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years of production experience
  • BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut
  • Ability to coordinate pre-production including crew and talent booking, call sheets, shoot logistics, and location planning
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, videographers, and editors
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with social trends and industry best practices
  • Willingness to participate in photo & video shoots and take on directing responsibilities as needed

  • Experience directing responsibilities on shoots
  • Strong presentation skills to sell ideas
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
