Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content ideas.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Edit and optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas and strategies into video content.
  • Organize and manage video files and assets for easy team access.
  • Review content performance and provide insights on ways to improve future content.
  • Capture video content in-office or on-sites at projects, events, or other brand-relevant moments as needed.
  • Coordinate with various teams and leadership on content needs, timing, and priorities.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure content meets creative and brand expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field preferred; candidates pursuing a relevant degree are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience creating video content for social media, marketing, or brand-related use.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and how video content performs across them.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
