Responsibilities

• Manage our social accounts day to day: posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Create, edit and adapt content into polished short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and images, working from footage supplied by our photographers, videographers, and content creators
• Coordinate with creators and professionals to keep a steady content pipeline flowing
• Build and run our influencer/affiliate program: scout creators, handle outreach, and manage relationships
• Support other paid digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years managing social and affiliate outreach for U.S. consumer brands
• Strong video and image editing skills
• Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance metrics into decisions
