Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn to support Aspire Fertility’s San Antonio location.
• Create original photo, graphic, and short-form video content that reflects our brand voice and supports patient education and community engagement.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and reviews daily; respond promptly in a warm, professional, HIPAA-compliant manner and escalate clinical or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, awareness months, local events, and network-wide initiatives from The Prelude Network®.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content while maintaining patient privacy at all times.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and deliver a concise monthly report with insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and fertility/healthcare content best practices, and bring new ideas to the team.
• Ensure all content follows HIPAA, advertising, and Aspire Fertility brand guidelines before publishing.
