Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content across social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Develop platform-native content in a range of formats, including short-form video, static posts, carousels, collages, stories, and other visual assets optimized for each channel.
Shoot and edit social-first video content, including concepting, filming, light editing, captioning, and formatting for channel-specific requirements.
Write clear, compelling social copy that reflects Alliant’s voice, aligns to campaign goals, and encourages engagement.
Collaborate with creative, content, campaign, and product partners to translate business priorities into social content that is human, timely, relevant, and audience-first.
Bring forward new content ideas, social trends, and creative concepts that help Alliant show up in fresh, distinctive ways while staying brand-appropriate.
Manage day-to-day social content execution with attention to detail and accuracy in a evolving environment.
Ensure social content follows brand standards, accessibility best practices, and compliance and legal review requirements for regulated marketing content.
Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to continuously improve content quality and channel performance.
Track and report on social media performance, including engagement, reach, video performance, and other relevant KPIs; use insights to refine future content.

Requirements

Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related
