Job Summary

Manage end-to-end social media for three brands, from planning and capturing content to editing, posting, engaging with audiences, and reporting outcomes.

Own content ideas, production, publishing, and community management across multiple accounts
Coordinate with owners and staff to collect assets and maintain brand voice and consistency

Responsibilities

Plan and maintain social media content calendars for three companies
Capture photos and video at company locations, job sites, and projects
Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Write captions and create posts
Schedule and publish content across each company’s social media accounts
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and account activity, then respond or route them to the right person
Develop content ideas based on current projects, customer questions, company updates, and relevant trends
Coordinate with owners, managers, and employees to collect content
Keep brand voice, visual style, and messaging consistent for each company
Track performance and prepare straightforward reports showing what’s working

Requirements

Experience creating content for social media, either professionally or through personal projects
Basic photo and video editing skills
Strong writing and communication skills
Good judgment about what should and should not be posted publicly
Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and content schedules
High attention to detail
Comfortable appearing on camera and helping others feel comfortable on camera when needed
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Working in-office is required
Ability to travel locally within the Austin area
