- Analytics, reporting, and optimization based on performance data.
- Daily content creation support and platform-specific experimentation with video, captions, hooks, and CTAs.
Job Description
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across AGRILAND FS brands and platforms.
- Maintain and monitor social media analytics, metrics, campaign reporting, and post performance to help identify what is working and what needs to be adjusted.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers, prospects, employees, and community members to act.
- Support short-form video, social captions, hooks, calls to action, and platform-specific content adjustments.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform changes to recommend new content ideas and testing opportunities.
- Assist with monthly social media performance summaries, including top-performing content, underperforming content, key takeaways, and recommended next steps.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand Strategist, Campaign Manager, Graphic Designer, HR, Sales Managers, and business-unit leaders to ensure brand consistency and execute company strategy.
