  • Hybrid role spanning media relations and influencer coordination with brand stewardship.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor owned channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn), interact with digital communities and guests for brand stewardship, guest recovery and support, act as a liaison to Biltmore fan groups and pages online
  • Social performance monitoring and analytics reporting
  • Collaboration with Content Specialist, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to create social content for assigned accounts and/or platforms
  • Support live-streaming, Q&A sessions, and other social community engagement activities
  • Sourcing of high-quality user-generated content
  • Social media influencer planning and coordination
  • Identify trademark risks or impersonation profiles for removal
  • Support other social media tasks as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries; respond to routine requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in planning and facilitating press events, media visit itineraries, and on-site media shoots, including logistical coordination
