Job Summary

Owns and scales social content for a Temecula balloon tour business by delivering a consistent posting rhythm across Facebook and Instagram, crafting warm captions, selecting hashtags, and managing comments, with the ability to work independently and edit visuals for Reels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Three posts per week across Facebook and Instagram, at least one of them video
Writing captions and choosing hashtags
Scheduling and posting through Meta Business Suite
Replying to comments (we handle DMs and booking inquiries on our end)
A short monthly recap of what's working

Requirements

Comfortable editing photos and cutting short vertical video for Reels
Good writing. Our voice is warm and not corporate.
Someone who can work independently. We don't want to approve every caption.

Preferred

Local to Southern California is a plus (since you'd be welcome to come out on a flight and shoot your own material).
Remote is fine.
