Job Summary

Own fast-paced retail social and video marketing to drive daily store traffic and sales, aligning inventory launches with daily content and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Own daily video content and fast, sales-driven posts across primary social platforms.
  • Coordinate monthly plans and inventory-aligned campaigns to boost leads, store visits, and conversion.
  • Scale paid campaigns and ad experiments (messages, calls, store visits) to accelerate turnover and traffic.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Facebook, You Tube, Google and Tik Tok (Primary Focus)
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns
  • Promote appliances, furniture, and new inventory
  • Run weekly sales and promotional campaigns
  • Test and optimize ads for messages, calls, and store visits
  • Daily Video Content (Required)
  • Create and post daily video content
  • Highlight:
  • New arrivals
  • Deals of the day

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google etc.
  • Strong with video content and social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Able to work independently with little direction
  • Experienced enough to make decisions and execute without constant oversight
  • Self-starter with strong execution and follow-through

Preferred

  • Experience with Facebook Marketplace
  • Retail, automotive, or high-volume sales background
  • Proven ability to create content that drives immediate action
