Responsibilities

• Drive content creation, editing, and publishing across all platforms with a consistent, on-brand aesthetic and voice
• Translate the Nofar Method ethos, movement, mindfulness, into compelling storytelling
• Stay ahead of trends across Pilates, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle and bring them to life authentically
• Build a content calendar that is culturally relevant, seasonal, and always intentional
• Own and grow Nofar Method's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
• Develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, class bookings, and brand awareness
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data and insight
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, brand partners, and media contacts
• Source and develop retreat and event partnerships with hotels, venues, and collaborators
• Create opportunities for Nofar to teach, speak, and represent the brand on a larger stage

Requirements

• Experience in social media strategy, content production, and brand marketing, ideally within wellness, fitness, or lifestyle
• On-site work required in New York, NY 10011
• Ability to drive content creation, editing, and publishing across all platforms with a consistent, on-brand aesthetic and voice
• Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, class bookings, and brand awareness
• Experience managing photographers, videographers, and creative collaborators
• Comfort being a real presence in the studio and building genuine relationships with instructors and clients
• Proactive and organized
• A brand builder first, content creator second
• Deeply aligned with wellness, movement, and community
