Job Summary
Own the brand social engine by shaping strategy, producing high-quality content, and growing engaged communities across Fitura Brands.
- Social strategy and content leadership: develop calendars, campaigns, and multi-platform posting for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Creative production and editing: capture footage, edit fast-paced short-form videos, and craft graphics, motion, and storytelling for launches and promotions.
- Community, partnerships, and analytics: engage followers, support influencers/ambassadors, and report performance to drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all Fitura Brands concepts
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Build brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
- Create content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, partnerships, and events
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates
- Capture and create high-quality photo and video content
- Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
- Create engaging graphics, story assets, thumbnails, and promotional materials
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all brands
- Help direct shoots and assist with creative production
