Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish 60–100+ social media posts per month across multiple properties
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site (rooms, food, events, guest experiences)
  • Post additional content during special events, peak seasons, and activations (stories, reels, live updates)
  • Maintain consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all platforms
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars
  • Plan content around: Peak seasons (spring break, high season, holidays); Property events and promotions; Local happenings and tourism trends; Stay ahead of trends and proactively prepare content for busy periods
  • Respond to all: Social media comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Google Reviews and guest feedback
  • Monitor online reputation and escalate issues when necessary
  • Deliver thoughtful, timely responses that reflect a high level of hospitality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media management experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously
  • Strong photography and video skills (iPhone + editing tools)
  • Highly organized with strong planning and calendar management skills
  • Excellent written communication and customer service mindset
  • Outgoing personality—comfortable interacting with guests and staff
  • Ability to take direction and execute quickly and effectively
  • Must be available for evenings, weekends, events, and travel

Preferred

  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar tools
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
