Own the end‑to‑end social content pipeline by launching and growing a TikTok, managing Instagram presence, and keeping a steady posting cadence while engaging with the sports community.

Responsibilities

Launch and grow our TikTok from scratch — filming, editing, and posting
Manage our Instagram — feed posts, Stories, and Reels
Maintain a simple content calendar to keep posting consistent
Engage with comments and DMs, and stay active in the HS/college sports and recruiting community

Requirements

Currently enrolled college student based in the Tampa Bay area
Comfortable filming and editing short-form video independently
Active on TikTok and/or Instagram with a good sense of what performs
Self-directed — able to plan and run your own content calendar with light check-ins
Familiarity with high school or college sports is a plus, not required
