Job Description

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media: Own the content calendar, script and produce high-impact short-form video content (Reels/TikTok), and manage daily channel growth.
Brand Marketing: Assist in executing upcoming launch strategies, shaping our brand voice, and creating digital marketing collateral.
Partnerships & Community: Support outreach and relationship coordination for elite athlete, coach, and creator partnerships within the sports ecosystem.

Requirements

Academic focus or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with short-form video editing workflows (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) and digital content creation.
Exceptional written communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
A self-starter mentality ready to execute in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
