Responsibilities

• Plan and publish 3 to 5 short-form posts per week across IG, TK, YT, and FB (same post shared across each platform)
• Film and edit 20 to 40 second clips with our clinicians: education, myth vs. fact, injury tips, and how-it-works type content
• Build a content calendar and work one week ahead
• Create simple graphics in Canva from our brand kit
• Write bilingual English and Spanish captions and CTAs
• Respond to comments and DMs during business hours
• Track weekly metrics (views, saves, profile visits, link clicks, follows) in a shared spreadsheet so we can see what is working
• Note on patient content: Filming involving patients will require patient consent and privacy paperwork is in place. You will have clear guidance and support on this.
