Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, organize, and maintain social media content calendars for LinkedIn, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery for audiences.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content that supports Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing objectives, with a special emphasis on LinkedIn thought leadership and storytelling for regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams to gather content, align messaging, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Support marketing efforts around regional and global events by creating and sharing social media content that highlights key moments, speakers, and outcomes.
  • Use metrics and analytics to track social media performance, report on results, and optimize future content and strategies.
  • Apply creative skills—including writing, design, video, and photography—to produce engaging social assets tailored to regional audiences.
  • Ensure clear communication of social media strategies and performance to colleagues and stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Foster collaboration within the marketing team and with other departments to maximize the impact of social media initiatives globally.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and content calendar organization, ideally supporting multiple regions.
  • Thought leadership and creative knowledge in writing, designing, editing, video production, audio production, and photography.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously across regions.
  • Experience supporting events through social media content and promotion.
  • Ability to use metrics and analytics to measure, report, and optimize social media performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global or multicultural teams.
  • Passion for storytelling and the ability to highlight organizational achievements and values in a global context.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support regional events and stakeholder engagement.

  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design
