Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Leading the planning and delivery of key organic social accounts, developing content strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Client Ownership: Serving as the primary point of contact for social, leading planning sessions, and translating complex data into actionable reporting conversations.
  • Content Creation: Overseeing high-quality, native content calendars and capturing/editing lo-fi content (CapCut/Canva) to ensure we are reactive to cultural moments.
  • Integrated Collaboration: Partnering with our Content, Creative, Paid, and Strategy teams to ensure organic social is a key pillar of our integrated global work.
  • Team Mentorship: Providing clear direction and support to junior team members, ensuring community management and execution meet our "Smart With Heart" standards.
  • Growth & Innovation: Monitoring trends and performance data to identify opportunities to strengthen client accounts and expand their digital footprint.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of agency-side experience: You have a proven track record of managing organic social media accounts for recognizable brands.
  • Strategic Mindset: You don’t just post; you develop social strategies that drive measurable results and understand how platforms are evolving.
  • Content Prowess: You have a sharp eye for content ideation and are comfortable with tools like Meta, TikTok, Brandwatch, Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Client Management: You’re a natural communicator who is comfortable leading meetings and presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • The "Juggler" Mindset: You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple timelines and accounts simultaneously.
  • A Mentorship Heart: You enjoy supporting the growth of junior talent and fostering a collaborative team environment.
