Own the social channel engine to grow brand voice, reach, and engagement across platforms, turning campaigns into differentiated narratives and measurable influence.
- Social strategy: Develop and execute channel plans to boost awareness and engagement.
- Content & governance: Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, aligned with campaigns.
- Analytics & optimization: Monitor trends and performance to inform ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
- Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Analyze social media performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Support paid advertising campaigns and audience growth strategies.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance online visibility, engagement, and brand identity.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design, video editing, or paid advertising knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
